30 Day Guarantee
BearExtender may be returned for refund or replacement within 30 days from date of receipt. Shipping and return shipping fees are not refundable. To initiate a return, simply email support@bearextender.com or call (352) 372-9902.

There is no restocking fees for opened items. Returned items must be in a resellable condition.

Damaged Returns
If parts are missing or the item has been cosmetically damaged (ie large visible scratches, dents or scuff marks), then a 20% restocking fee may apply.

1 Year Warranty

BearExtender is warranted against defects in parts and manufacturing (labor) for 1 year from the date of purchase. Please contact our support department directly at support@bearextender.com for warranty information if the need arises.

Under our warranty we will repair or replace a BearExtender. In the event a returned unit cannot be repaired, a replacement will be sent. Replacements may be open box or refurbished units that have been tested and determined to be fully operational. They may have small cosmetic markings but will be in overall good cosmetic condition. Our warranty does not cover damage from misuse or circumstances not related to defects in parts and manufacturing.
